In the kitchen industry, the critical issue facing production companies is the trade off between standardization and the breadth range of product for the end user. A product standardization would make production easier, but the market demands extremely customizable products based on the end customer preferences. In this context, Stosa Cucine was looking for a way to make stronger and more reactive the supply process of the components for the product assembly and, in general, to optimize the entire flow of materials along the internal and external supply network.
Our Partner Quin brought the sedApta solution into the project implemented for Stosa Cucine, in particular the project involved the implementation of the following application module:
